Class Action against Chamberlain

Have an attorney looking into it if anyone interested. Will post info when I get it. We have been deceived, lied to and ignored by Chamberlain about Homekit, ITTT, MyQ Garage opener, and many other issues. Not only should they close their doors and get out of a game they obviously can't play in but they should reimburse customers the cost of products plus peripheral costs we have incurred due to expected and promised technology compatibilities that have never materialized.

Search for Chamberlain MyQ Home Control in the app store. I have it on my iPhone 6 and I live in Vancouver.

James - Any follow up from your attorney?  I've seen a few posts on the subject but nothing ever seemed to develop, can you provide any follow up?

I think this outage thing could help with your case considering the poor planning and management of it all and how it's affecting customers....

Chamberlain products are poorly executed products.  My 40 years in engineering and new product development allows me to really analyze superbly designed products as well as products that are out right highway robbery of your hard earn dollars.  Having Lexus and Toyota vehicles ranging from 2003-2016 (5 vehicle total) I was never able to get any of the Homelinks in these vehicles to program to the Chamberlain opener.  Wasted more money on a Homelink repeater from Chamberlain, and of course that did not work as well.  The OEM remotes fail to work as well.  Requires multiple pushes to activate.  The motion sensor is also flawed that the light stays on for days once tripped.  So now the light is useless and I had to remove the bulb.....so no light with a $400.00 garage door opener!  The app is also flawed ....errors out daily...so the hub has to be reset everyday.  The app when connected requires the app to work only if started/launched twice to execute the command to open/close.  In contrast.....my two other $100-$200 garage openers (Sears & Stanley) that are 20 years old program perfectly to all my Homelink vehicles.  James McNary, please add me to your team for the class action.
