Ouzounis, if the Wi-Fi credentials need to be updated, the Wi-Fi memory needs to be cleared in the Home Bridge and then the Wi-Fi needs to be setup with the New credentials.

Here are the instructions on how to clear the Wi-Fi:
1. The green LED must be on or flashing to erase the Wi-Fi settings.
2. Press and hold the settings (gear) button on the side of the hub until the blue LED starts flashing. Once the LED is flashing blue the Wi-Fi is ready to be set up.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions. Thanks, Chuck

Thanks Chuck, which hub? The original hub or the Home kit extension hub?

Ouzounis, this guide may be helpful: https://bit.ly/2E3QofL. The instructions above will clear Wi-Fi for the MyQ Garage, MyQ Home Bridge and MyQ Smart Garage Hub. Let us know how that goes. Thanks, Chuck

That's great, but now I'm in a position of having to ADD a network, at which point it tells me I've exceeded the max doors (2).This whole process is not only painful and incomprehensible, but UTTERLY lacking in smart documentation. User experience, anyone?

Agreed, why is this so hard?  I've been searching these forums for way too long.

So in order to change the wifi I need to reset the door opener and that will clear not only the wifi but remotes associated with it? Really? is there not a better way to do this? Like just change the wifi configuration?

1.       Erase the Connection from Garage Door Opener to Home Wi-Fi Network:

·              Press & Hold the Black adjustment button (6 Seconds)

                3 Beeps should be heard

2.       Activate Wi-Fi Learn Mode:

·              Press the YELLOW learn button 3x

Beep Once / Blue Light will Flash

3.       Connect to MyQ

Connect Mobile Device to – “MyQ-“ prefix network

4.       Connect Garage Door Opener to your Home Network

·              Launch browser on mobile device

               Setup.myqdevice.com

Indeed, Keith’s instructions above did solve my problem. And also erased all the initial setup work I had done. I spent HOURS trying to solve the problem. Chamberlain, this MyQ software garbage is an embarrassment to your company. What did you do, outsource the code overseas to a company who doesn’t understand your business? Next time, I’ll definitely buy a different brand of garage door opener so it will integrate without the headaches and rework.

Matt,
I think chamberlain wants us to buy their hub to control more than 1 door Under a single hub I set up each of my doors as their own HUB. So i choose the hub...Left, center, or right . The hubs correspond to the doors also.
