Can't login, can't reset password

For some reason I got logged out of the app. Now it tells me my password is incorrect, but when I try to reset it I never receive a reset email. On iOS with the latest version of the app. Please help.

Still same issue. Two weeks later and I still can't login. The password reset form does nothing, it never sends me an email.

Contact Chamberlain's technical support (telephone or email).  They will need your MyQ email address to investigate.

I got a response from their support email and they were able to reset my password when I had this issue, check to make sure it doesn't go to junk mail and that you have the right email address setup.

Yes, thank you for responding. I did try that tip but it did not work. I was able to access the account from a different ipad and now am just trying to get the devices to reconnect. I dont have any more time to put into it. I want to return the MyQ Home Bridge. I am out the money from the MyQ Garage but lesson learned.

Have the same issue... tried customer report only to have them tell em escalations dept will contact me... 2 weeks later... nothing

same problem, been 6 days since I sent an email to support with no answer. 

What a useless service, do you guys not have a support team?

Same, it has been wonky for a few days. Now I network connection was lost. Will not let me reset password, or let me into my account. Same with my husbands phone.
