Can't add Schedule using MyQ CIGBU

So I have two (2) issues related to setting up a schedule. Ideally, I'd like to make sure the door does not remain open after 10pm (for example). If it's open at that time, then it should close automatically.

The first issue is with the Android app. I'm running it on an LG V20 phone with Nougat 7.0. Quite simply, there's no "Back" button/link when setting the time. I can choose the time and Time Zone, but I can't get it to keep my selection. I see a "Back" button in the YouTube video provided by Chamberlain, but it's for the Apple iOS app. Did the developers overlook this ... not fully test it?

The second issue is with the web site. Per the FAQ details I found, I'm supposed to see a Schedules section along with History and Alerts on the dashboard. After logging into my account, I do not see such a section. So, I'm unable to set up a Schedule via the web site too.

What gives!?

Well it appears the Android app was updated at some point since I first posted this issue. The time pop-up window now has CANCEL and OK buttons. So that apparently works. I still don't see anywhere on the (desktop) MyChamberlain.com web site where one can add a Schedule. Oh well.

Hi Austin, 

Thanks for reaching out. To create a schedule, you'll need to use your MyQ app. You won't be able to set a schedule using acomputer.
