Cant add MyQ Gateway to my Chamberlain Account I get Error 225

MyQ Gateway Model CIGBU/C has solid green light and shows connected to my router. No blue or yellow LED is on. When attempting to register the device with my chamberlain account, I get the erro seen in the screenshot below. Any Ideas?
