I tried (two times) to login to my account from a web browser in Windows 10 and got the message "username or password you entered is incorrect". Pretty sure I entered the correct information. Anyway I used to option "forget password" to reset my password. The site informed me that a reset password was sent using my provided email address but I've never received the sent email (tried 3 times). What can I do ? By the way, I can still using my phone to operate the garage doors. Very frustrated !!!
