Cannot factory rest

When I attempt to complete a factory reset, no lights come, blink or stay on! Frustrated. I have unplugged the unit, when I plug it back in I see the lights flash twice each and then nothing. When I hold the settings button (for as much as 65 seconds straight) nothing! No flashing blue light, nothing!

When I try to enter the serial number in the app it tells me it cannot find it and tells me to unplug it, plug it back in then do a reset which DOES NOT WORK!

How can I reset this unit so that I can attempt to connect it to my wi-fi!? HELP!!
