Cannot add HomeKit Bridge/Factory Reset

I had to change out my network configuration so therefor had to get my HomeKit Bridge reconfigured to go along with the changes. SSID is different now. In my attempts to get this thing back in operation, It is hit or miss if i can even discover it within the Chamberlain app. When i do see it discovered, it fails to connect to my Home. I have hit the gear button to put it into wifi mode that allows me to connect directly to it and then hit setup.myqdevice.com and change wifi stuff within there. I have cleared its wifi settings out of there as well. Is there a way i can just do a factory reset on this thing to make it "out of the box" again? This is frustrating AF. I almost want to just exchange it for another one. Everything was working fine until i needed to change the SSID.

  1. Press and hold the Settings button (gear) on the Wi-Fi hub until the blue LED blinks then release.
  2. While the blue LED is blinking, press and hold the Settings button (gear) again until the blue LED pauses then blinks or beeps. The Wi-Fi hub is set to factory default.

Sweet that definitely reset it to default, but when I try to add it , the thing just spins and sits on this screen forever

Okay so i was just screwing around with it and while in my wifi settings on my phone i see the device listed there, as a "device to add" as it was discovered automatically. I set it up initially through that and then went into the Chamberlain app and it let me run through the setup fully there. I am good to go!

Yea I ran into that myself but finally got it going.  Glad you were able to factory reset.
