Can’t add hub after entering serial number. Getting server Error (000)

I am using a MyQ garage with HomeKit Bridge. It worked fine by itself for a few days. Then after I added the HomeKit bridge it worked for a few days. Then it started to get out of sync. When the door is closed, the MyQ app and HomeKit would think it’s still open.
I have tried to reset everything and started all fro scratch, a few times. Still have the same issue.

Then finally, in one of my starting over efforts, I went to add my internet setting to the MyQ hub, everything went well, solid green light. But when I want to add the hub by entering the serial number, I get a Server Error (000). Now I can’t get the hub added to my app entirely.

Please help.

Josh, I have been with tech support for a week on this same issue. There was also one other thread of the same issue. The resolution so far was replacing the unit. I finally did that myself with Amazon. Unless you want to wait. I just got another tech support email saying that they’re still trying to figure out a solution.
My replacement unit worked just fine now.

Lauren, thank you. When the replacement unit came, I managed to set it up perfectly.
No further assistance needed. But would like to know the real issue eventually.

This is stupid. I have had two hubs do this. This system is a joke. And tech support is no where to be found. Said they would call back in 24 hours. That was two weeks ago. Don’t buy this equipment.

I have had the same issue after reseting the Garage Hub and Home Bridge after having it fail to transfer the Garage Hub device to the Home Bridge.  I bought the Garage Hub last August so I dont think Amazon will replace ti at this point.  Anyone actually get an answer other than replace it?
