Can not login to myq app, can not reset password for weeks now.

Chris Kish, thanks for the info. You can use the following steps to unlock your account via the website ( or MyQ® Home Control App.

1.Click 'Forgot your Password?'
2.Enter the email address that was used to create the MyQ account at the prompt.
3.Log in to your email account.  You will receive an email containing a new generic password.
4.Log into your MyQ account with your user name and the new generic password.
Note: The new generic password remains valid until you change the password. 
5.Go to the Account tab and change your password to a specific, confidential password.
