Can multiple phones and tablets access one account/gateway?

I'm trying to add a second tablet to the gateway under my own account, just so that the notifications can be utilized by Tasker. But when I try to do that, the new tablet acts as if I've never set up an account or device before.... even though I'm logging in to my existing account.

Is this normal? Shouldn't any device on which I sign on automatically display the details I already have configured??

Yes, multiple phones and tablets can log into the same MyQ account using the same email address and password and each will display your MyQ devices.
Check the email address, that may be your issue.

Setup on my phone and went to setup app on husband's phone with my email and password but it says ""email is already in use". Why can't I setup app on multiple phones with one account info?

Lori, thanks for the info. Download the app to each phone and use the same login credentials.  MyQ devices can only associate with a single email address. Lauren
