Can History show if the app opened/close the garage door or was manually triggered?

I just got a notification on the phone saying that my garage door was opened. Don't know what triggered it, if my wife accidentally opened it via the app, or somebody opened it manually. It would be nice if the history can show if MyQ opened it or not. Good thing I had a camera in my garage, and when I didn't get a notification my garage door closed, I looked at the camera, and saw the door open and no activity in the garage. It was open for around 15 minutes, and I closed the garage door remotely via the MyQ app. Reviewed the CCTV footage and saw no-one near the garage during and after the door opened, which was a relief... My camera was pointed at the door, so I was unable to see if somebody opened the garage door from the wall switch...

Is there a way to show how the door was opened? Like in the MyQ app History, showing, "MyQ triggered open garage door event"?

R Gallinera, there are several explanations for why this may occur. Please review these troubleshooting tips and let me know if this issue continues: http://bit.ly/2y2FNmT

Without any logs, we may never know, if it was because of another remote, somebody manually did it, or if somebody played with the app on the phone. I get it that we can't really know if another remote did open the door, but MyQ should be able to tell us if it was triggered from the App or not. As far as I can tell, there is nothing in the app that can tell us what happened other than the alert history...

It would be nice if MyQ has an event log to show what it is doing at that time (if it triggered the open or not)

That's a great suggestion. Passing it along to our engineers. Lauren
