Serious Security Threat/Bug in MyQ Alert generation

The App and the online Alert support has a bug. It only understands Opened/Closed behaviors. But if the garage door has started opening and someone stops it half way, it does not generate an OPEN alert (on app or email) as it only can detect OPEN state when the door is fully open. However, in history it shows Stopped but no Alerts reported as OPENED. Stopped should be detected as OPEN and an Alert should be generated. Kids or thieves could stop the door midway while opening and leave the door half opened and as Alert is not generated it cannot detect door open state which is a serious security issue.

2:47 PM
Garage Door was Stopped ---> No alert generated but shown in history... (one cannot monitor history all the time and has to rely on Alerts)

10:44 AM
Garage Door was Closed

Even the ALERT me only supports:

ALERT ME WHEN THE...
Garage Door is Opened
Garage Door is Closed

Stopped not detected ... this is a serious security threat as one can open a garage door and leave it half way and no alerts will be generated.

Please work on fixing this immediately.

Can the MyQ team respond to this, one way or the other ?
