Belt drive openers with native hard-wired MyQ?

I am confused about MyQ connectivity. I'm looking for an internet accessible belt drive opener, e.g. models  HD950WF and WD1000WF (What's the difference anyway??) The detailed specifications on these units are lacking on the website and on in-store packaging.

Do these only have Wi-Fi connectivity? Is there an ethernet option? I need to hard wire my MyQ gateway for my detached garage.  If no such an opener is available, is there a comparable belt drive opener and ethernet gateway package?

The HD950WF and the WD1000WF have the WiFi built in so no additional devices are needed.  You do have the ability to use a Chamberlain internet gateway with either model.  If you are not using the built-in WiFi, you can get a Chamberlain garage door opener that is MyQ compatible.  Those require a gateway in order to add the opener to the MyQ account.  I have done my research!
