Apple Watch and the Chamberlain/My Q was part of the "complications

Why has Chamberlain disappeared from the "complications" on the Apple Watch? It still appears on the base list but no longer appears on the scrolling list to chose to place on a watch face?

mark.schaefer63, there's been an update to the Apple Watch software that may have affected your complications. You'll want to reach out to Apple for assistance. Chuck

I followed up with Apple and worked through several troubleshooting options and nothing changed. I will note that I am only experiencing this issue with the Chamberlain complication. Others still work fine.

My guess is that Apple’s update ‘broke’ something in Chamberlain’s code and that Chamberlain will need to update it to make it work again. Good luck seeing that on a reasonable time frame though.

I am also having this same issue.  The Chamberlain complication is the only one that does not show up in the selection menu.  This was a really great feature when it was working.  Any word on when there will be an app update to fix this?

I wish I knew. It was a great feature and I used it a lot. I spoke to both Apple and Chamberlain and neither said they could replicate the issue. For me, it happened after the last upgrade to the WatchOS.

Hey Mark,
I figured it out.  It does not show up on the iPhone watch app interface for selecting the complication, but it will show up if you customize from the watch itself.  Follow these instructions: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT205536

This problem has returned. The complication isn’t available to add from the watch or iPhone

I recently got an Apple Watch 4 and initially I had a complication for Liftmaster, then it randomly disappeared. I've tried reinstalling the Liftmaster app but it did not fix the problem. I don't believe this is an Apple problem because Liftmaster is the only app that this has happened with. Is there a fix for this problem yet?

It has returned. With series 3 you could add via customize but not so on Series 4

myQ is the app you need for Apple watch.  Chamberlain is parent company to LIftmaster.  I'm using myQ on my Series 4 Apple watch.  Works great with our Chamberlain GDOs!

I have that app. I worked at Chamberlain as it was being developed. The complication is on the list, it just doesn't appear to add it to any of the faces.

Correct. Maybe the issue is caused by Watch OS 5 and the app not syncing? I can access the app on the watch and raise or lower doors, but it takes three steps.  Watchface complications seem to be limited to apps that provide updating info or access to contacts.  I'm guessing either Apple doesn't see the need to allow Chamberlain in or Chamberlain app hasn't included the complication.  I agree that it would be easier to have access to garage door status/control on the watchface.  Apple Watch 4 is my first.
