App unable to find devices

When I log into the MYQ app, it continues to flash a screen that it is looking for devices. Seems to be stuck in a loop. Has anyone else experienced this issue? I noticed it starting Sunday 9/9/18.

Have you tried deleting, then re-installing the app?
