App not showing my device on invited Guest account.

I just started using the myQ app and I have a commercial Garage Door Opener (Liftmaster) at our shop. 

We added the Hub (Internet Gateway) as that is what the Garage Door company told me was compatible with my type of opener.  They sold me the Hub.

I added the Garage Door opener to the hub by following the instructions.  I had to push the radio button on the Garage Door Opener itself and I NOW see the garage Door Opener in my myQ account under "Devices".

I have an employee who needs access to the door daily so I invited him as a Guest.  He downloaded the app.  He created an account.  I got the notification that he accepted my invite and I see him in my app under "myQ Guests".

Here is the problem.  He logged into his account. There are no devices found in his account.  The guest account is useless. The only option I had was to give him my login info as he needs to access the door and he is successfully doing so using my account. Why is my Garage Door opener not showing up in his account if I invited him as a guest?

Question #2:

I can open and close my Garage Door from the app.  For some crazy reason I cannot STOP the door once it starts to open and I cannot STOP the door once it starts to CLOSE.  I feel this is very dangerous.. What if something or someone was under the door when I close it.. THERE IS NO WAY TO STOP THE DOOR.  << anyway that is a whole different topic but hopefully someone can help me with this question as well.

I have asked this question a couple of times and get no response. My application is similar to yours that I want to allow Firemen to access the door but do not want to give access to the account. Very frustrating and very poor design.

I would be happy to help you Jerry. The reason you are unable to see the door as guest is because guest does not support the sharing of commercial door operators. Your myQ account history and notifications are not available for any invited user for Commercial operators.

With myQ Guests your inner circle has the ability to view and control your myQ-connected devices, including your garage door openers, gates and lights only.

As for question #2, there is no way to stop the door from closing while using the app because it is designed to be used when you are away from home. The safety feature we have added is when you close the door from the app, the Hub will flash and beep. This is a warning to advise anyone near the door that it is about to close. Also, if your opener has safety sensors, they will cause the door to go up as well if there is an obstruction.

OK SO???? the only way to share and  give others access to my commercial doors is to give them my user name and password? There is no way to share access to the doors through the app? Why??? Why would you not have a way to allow others access. I have a fire house with 15 guys and there is no way to allow them access! There should be an admin and then different levels. Just my 2 cents but what do I know.
