After completing the garage opener programming sequence the app says "Learning has completed successfully". I press ok and the app freezes. I've reset everything including re downloading the app.
What gives!!?

I am having the same problem.

It says it is successful (the door moves as well), and when you click ok it stays on the above screen.

Austin, I'm requesting some expert technical help for this. Can I have a customer support agent email you at the address associated with your MyQ Community account? Lauren

Yes, see below. David told me the app was bug free and hasn’t answered any replies.

The email I got was from “David”, arrogantly claiming the myQ app was “bug free”...can you elevate this to someone who knows what they are talking about?

It’s not bug free I’m here on this forum literally describing a bug to you!

I have this same issue. The screen shot by Austin is exactly what I see. Is there a solution to this yet? I read another complaint where the issue was solved by adding the device through the web site on a computer rather than the app. I have tried both with no success. The app just freezes, and the web site says "success" and moves forward, but still says I have "no devices added".

Thanks. I made sure my app and iOS were fully updated. Which app are you using? I notice that both Chamberlain and Liftmaster both have MyQ apps that look exactly the same other than the color of the icon. I have been using the Chamberlain version.
