Another Low Battery warning nightmare.

After my unit was completely replaced several months ago because of being defective I received the now noted dreaded LOW BATTERY warning in the app. I just happened to have an entire pack of batteries from the last time I was "troubleshooting". I figured replacing a battery would not be a big deal so I followed the instructions and replaced the door sensor battery. This was at about 8:00 at night. The next morning I noticed that my garage door did not close as it was supposed to on automation. When I looked in the app my device list was empty. All devices were gone. Reluctantly I crawled up to the ceiling and got the units and reset the hub and myq bridge to factory and started over. It took several attempts to get it all working but it eventually reconnected and was set up. Later in the day I attempted to verify the garage again the MyQ app was showing a sensor error. When I selected the error in the app it one immediately to an empty device list again. All devices gone again. I am so frustrated with this Chamberlain product right now. I feel I have done nothing but fight with this thing since the moment I received it. It is not worth it. Someone please tell me there is a good fix for this or just refund me and lets move on.
