Alerts not working the way I had hope.

So I had a lot of alerts setup and was only ever getting one of them.

Working
1. Door open for longer than 2 hours.

Not Working
1. Door open longer than 1 min (10:00pm-10:02pm)
2. Door open longer than 1 min (10:05pm-10:07pm)
3. Door open longer than 1 min (10:10pm-10:12pm)
4. Door open longer than 1 min (11:00pm-11:02pm)
5. Door open longer than 1 min (11:05pm-11:07pm)
6. Door open longer than 1 min (11:10pm-11:12pm)

What I am trying to do is get alerts at or near the time I go to bed if the garage door is open. To me longer than one min would mean anything over one min should give me an alert however it seems the way its doing it is only if the door has been open 1 min during the time frame given which is not how the alerts are worded.

Its an easy fix one of two ways.

1. Add an alert if door is open at certain times regardless of length. (not a current option that I know of) "If door is open at 10:00pm" its send the alert at the given time.

 2. Make the alerts work the way they are worded so if a door has been open 3 hours and an alert that is setup like so "Door open longer than 1 min (10:00pm-10:02pm)" it sends the alert at the given time range.

I think option 1 would be easier so it would not mess up anyone's already existing alerts the way they currently work. I use the auto close feature on my door but the wife's door I can't as she has left the tailgate on the van up and the door has come down on it.

Any word on whether or not the engineering team will look at this? If not what is their response on how to make this work properly?
