After replacing garage door sensor battery, had to factory reset my MYQ-G0201, it's on Wifi but no longer pairs to ANYTHING.

When I try to add a Garage Door opener again.  It asks if i have a sensor.. if i say yes it brings me to a web page 404 page not found error with a banner on the top telling me to press the button on the sensor.  Ugh!

When I try to add it without a sensor on the off chance my sensor is dead, i get a press the learn button, but nothing happens at all after that.

I was able to get both the G0201 and the Homebridge Bridge back on the wifi and paired to HomeKit.   So they jump online ok.  But the G0201 isn't talking to anything at all.

I completely reset my Garage Opener Pairings, that didn't help change the equation either.  I can add the Garage Door Opener to my Car's and to the Button just fine to Homelink. So the Garage Door Opener is working fine (It's a Liftmaster Professional)

In the process of resetting everything I also accidentally completely deleted my HomeKit Home from within MyQ.  This SHOULD NOT EVEN BE AN OPTIONS!  I've managed to get everything set back up again across the home, but the Garage Door is the only thing left that's completely busted.

This seems like there's something wrong with the server response seeing that i'm getting a 404 Page not found when trying to add a sensor.   But who knows.   I'm hopeful someone will be able to help me.  It's a shame that you can't call support at non working time hours to troubleshoot while at home.

Anyone have a window i can chuck this thing out of?  Or any idea of what might be happening here?

Thanks
KC

I’m having a similar problem. After upgrading my WiFi, I can connect the hub to the new WiFi just fine, but when I try to add a garage door, it asks if I am using a sensor, I tap yes, it tells me to locate the test button, I tap next and it just tells me that there should be a yellow light when the button is pressed (there is) and takes me to the help page, which is no help at all, by the way.

I'm having the same issue, I changed the battery and still no luck. I hope they'll get back to you with a solution.

I'm having the same issues and it seems multiple people are for a long time now. I bought mine well over 2 years now I had all these issues with no help from customer service. This is not only a bad product but it seems the company is still selling their bad product and not assisting with fixes or resolutions.

Same issue here - the opener connects to Wifi, and I was able to program my keypad to work, but it won't add to the app, i can't teach the physical remote, nor the homelink in my Acura. Help.
