After new MyQ app update can’t work my garage devices, app starts like its loading then shuts off

My Q app starts up and asks if i want to allow badges etc... then shuts off. I have tried reinstalling and restarting phone but no luck.

Steve, we suspect that the issue may be with the mobile device. Have you tried another phone/tablet and was the behavior the same or different? Another possible avenue would be to log into mychamberlain.com through the phone browser rather than the application. Let me know if this helps. If not, our next step is to have a customer service agent contact you after the holidays. Lauren
