888lm Failed and No Response to Tech Support Emails

I have 5 (yes 5) 8500 Garage Door Openers Mfg 9/30/13 and all have the 888LM Controls Mfg 09/13.  3 out of the 5 have failed.  Currently I open those doors with push buttons I have subbed for the 888LM's  I have emailed Tech Support twice over the past 3 weeks, but they do not respond.  Please help. I really need to speak to a tech support person and get this resolved.

Did you get any response?  Mine failed as well (2015 mfg) and I'm wondering if the newer ones have the same issue...

Hi, I had a similar issue last night. My garage door just opened on it's own and wouldn't close and the button is dead. I ended up having to remove the 888LM and used a remote to close the door. This is a huge issue for them. They are offering a free replacement here(https://www.liftmaster.com/888lm-myq-wall-control/p/G888LM#spec) and have extended the warranty through 2023. I have 2 of these units, so I'm not sure what to do with the other one yet, but I'll update if I figure it out.
