880LM Stoppped Working

880LM Stopped Working:  purchased the B970 garage opener 2/9/2018.  Installed 3 weeks later by our garage door expert.  The 880LM Wall Unit stopped working last evening.  checked all connections to the opener, the wall unit and circuit breakers, with no success.  Would like a new 880LM shipped to our home.
After reading quite a few of the reviews/issues, it appears something should be done to rectify the problem.

Was your problem resolved?  I have the same issue.  Opener model LW9000WF, installed just about a month ago.  I had not yet put the backup battery in when we had a momentary (4 seconds or so) power outage.  After the power returned the wall control was in this same state.  I've disconnected/reconnected it a couple of times and pressed the button quite a few times.  At this point I'm about to go buy some more remotes, since they're still working.  Hopefully I can still add remotes via the head unit.

Any resolution to this?  I'm having a similar problem with my 880LM, connected to an 8550 opener, professionally installed in 2015.  All wireless remotes work, but the wall control panel will not do anything, just displays message "PRESS THE PUSH BAR TO ACTIVATE CONTROL SEE OWNERS MANUAL".  I have disconnected and reconnected the control panel, but the same message remains.

Thanks,
Scott
