8550W MYQ Rebooting itself

1 week old 8550w liftmaster opener with built in myq. I have noticed on the status page of myq, that the powered on time is not how long the opener has been plugged in. I have seen 14 hours, 2 hours, 4hours...longest i have seen was a day and a half....its like the myq function is losing power in the opener and "cycling" its power. The newest thing is that sometimes the indicator is flashing green (trying to connect to internet) forever. During this time, i cannot get to the about page and it will flash green forever until i unplug the opener power then plug back in. It immediately connects (solid green) after 10 or so seconds. I have tried different outlet...even tried plugging opener in to separate battery backup to act as a power conditioner in cause a voltage fluctuation was causing the opener itself to lose power...the opener itself has a battery backup but does not power myq when on battery power......any ideas? Bad logic board?

Support...what a joke....said its showing online now...need it to act up before they can troubleshoot....how are you going to troubleshoot a MYQ device that is rebooting itself and is not accessible  due to blinking green light and not connecting to internet...oh...i did get the option of taking my logic board out to send in for testing....thats great...if i did that...the entire opener wouldnt work...

Is your router set to "Auto Channel" for the Wi-Fi channel?  If set to "Auto", suggest change to a static channel, channels 1, 6, or 11.

If on Auto Channel, you router may change Wi-Fi channel and this channel change may cause a delay in the Wi-Fi opener to locate the new Wi-Fi channel for the network (the power cycle to the opener causes the opener to immediately scan all Wi-Fi channels to locate its associated network upon power up).

It is set to channel 9....the one with the least amount of interference from neighbors....the MYQ has a bigger problem than not being able to contact internet...the "about" page when i go to the IP of the MYQ on the opener....there is a line for Powered time...that changes like the MYQ is resetting/rebooting itself at random....from Sunday at 3pm to Monday at 6am....based on the powered on time....the MYQ device reset itself at least 3 times.this happens at any time of the day...happens in middle of night when everyone is asleep.....when i checked this morning at 530am...powered time was 30 minutes...which meant the MYQ device reset itself around 5am...I think when this happens are the times that the MYQ device just blinks green and cannot connect to the internet...until some intervention is done..then it connects within 15 seconds...i am not so much worried about the Internet connections line in the about page....that sometimes is 4 or 5 before the unit reboots...as ,long as it automatically reconnects to internet...right now...MYQ is unreliable since it seems that when the door is opened or closed...its a one time signal to the MYQ app...and if it is missed...the app doesnt know of any status change... Funny thing was when i talked to "support" they had no idea of the about page i was referring to...This opener is only a week old and has done this since day 1...the installer is supposed to be replacing the logic board as soon as it comes in...
