823LM stopped working via the iOS app.

I have 4 823LM wall light switch controls, and all worked fine for over a year. Now recently just one of them stopped working via the iOS app. Still works via the wall switch, just not by the app. I cleared it with the learn button and re-paired it to the gateway. That went fine, but still will not trigger via the app anymore. Any suggestions, or do these just go bad sometimes?
