823lm stopped operating from MyQ or remote

I recently moved a 823lm switch from one circuit to another. Prior to the move the switch was operating properly. Once I installed it on the new circuit, however, it functioned manually, but failed to operate either from the remote or from the MyQ hub. In an attempt to restore proper operation I cleared the codes and reprogrammed the switch. The programming completed correctly (LED and light flashed), but it still would not operated remotely. I tried this multiple times to no avail. When I removed and reinstalled the switch the breaker was off at all times. Is there any solution to this problem besides replacing the switch?
