Lee, could you take a picture of your device with model number, so we can confirm details? Thanks, Chuck

Lee, we checked in with our support team and they let us know that 1d7675 is a logic board number. Specifically, this logic board goes to an AC Motor with Security+ 2.0 (manufactured from 2011 to present). If you are looking for the model number of this opener, use this link: http://bit.ly/2E5KgYr. Let us know if you have any further questions. Thanks, Chuck

This link goes to a picture, not any way to actually find an owner's manual.

WHY would the manufacturer put the logic board information on the outside of the product and the actual model number of the product hidden beneath a light cover??

This thought process confounds me, particularly given that a garage door opener housing is just not easy to get to no matter what.  (I'm 5'0" tall.  This is not fun.)

Can't find any manual with LiftMaster7675 model. Can't believe it.
On the website they only have the new models.

It’s not the model. In their infinite wisdom the model number is on the front where you open the hood where the light is. The 7675 is the logic board. Took me forever to find that info online. But happy to pass this info along to help others.

Thanks. I actually called technical support of Liftmaster and was advised the same, found it inside the light enclosure. It's funny they put this way but they say they did that forever.

Whatever, It's a stupid design. I mean how many garage door openers do people actually buy in a lifetime. Not to mention, many people have it preinstalled when they purchase new construction and have no reason to go up there. And finally, what end user would ever give a crap about the model number of the logic board. Like I'm going to crack the box open to replace the logic board one day??? That said, I'm very happy with MyQ.

On a related note, it just stopped working today. No lights or sounds. There is power to the outlet but the opener is completely dead.  As you can see by the manufacture date, it's less than 4 years old. I'm looking for a reset button or an internal fuse.  -Jaret

Hi Robert,

Can you check under the other light cover? on eight cover will show the part number of the logic board (in this case, the 1d7675) and the other will contain the model number of the opener. Once you have the model number you can search for the manual online and that will have a list of replacement parts for it.
