203 Error when attempting to login. Just trying to setup MYQ. I have the HF950WF model.

I've tried two accounts and cannot login with either of them from my samsung phone or computer. I can ping and connect to the garage door opener so I know that it is successfully on my home network. The password resets are getting sent to the correct email address, but still gives me the 203 error. Please Advise.

Kevin - It sounds to me that you may not have verified your email account. We send a registration email when you set up the account. I can look further into this, if you email me at MyQCommunity@Chamberlain.com

Kevin - I just saw your email. I looked at it looks like your account is active. Are you still having this issue?

Support must have done something on the website/account side because it now will let me login.
