20 minute lag for email notifications

For the first few months of using this service the email alerts were instant when garage door opened and closed, and that was perfect as it allowed me to know the activity live. Now for last couple months all email alerts for open/close are 20 minutes later than recorded activity time logged in the email body. The issue isn't email as I've tested all other alerting, is limited to this service. Would like instant emails back.

Hello Shane, do the delayed emails show up on your phone as delayed or on a PC as well?

The email address configured in MyQ is an alias distribution list that forwards to both a home email address and my phone (both POP3), and emails arrive at both devices almost simultaneously, but 20 minutes after the event.  Never 5, 10, 15 minutes, always 20 minutes later.

I looked at this more and believe the issue is with the domain provider processing the email through its redirects.
