"Sorry! You don't have access to the content you requested. why is my access restricted?

I logged on for the first time and got this "Sorry! You don't have access to the content you requested. If you think you should have access, please contact the administrator of the community. " I have a Chamerlain opener and use Myq, why is my access restricted?

Can An Admin help me out?  I am trying to find out how to get an access code to work with siri...or alexa if that is still an option
